No Returns, Only Exchanges Policy
At Glamefeme, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure you have the best shopping experience, we offer an exchange-only policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any of our products. Instead, we offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– The item must be in its original packaging.
– The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Exchange Process

3.1 Initiating an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3.2 Returning the Item
Once you receive instructions from our customer support team, please securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
3.3 Inspection and Approval
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If the item is approved, we will send out the replacement item. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives.

4. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange.

5. Exceptions

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. We do not offer exchanges for products that do not meet our eligibility criteria or for personal reasons such as a change of mind.
